Mid-Year 2019

Central Missouri Optometric Society (COS)
Trustee: Kate Osborn, OD

As our year comes to an end, we can say that our society has broadened our horizons a bit.  We typically try to do our presidential visits early on in our new president’s term, but schedules didn’t mesh; so we adapted and waited until late spring to have Dr. Blackford visit our society in Columbia.  Our society president also worked diligently to get us some new venues and new speakers — some offered CE and some were more product and networking oriented.  We tend to average about two meetings per quarter typically on the 4th Tuesday of the month.

We are looking forward to the upcoming year with Dr. Chris DeRose as the new MOA president.
